Nepal Automate was built by Nepali entrepreneurs who were tired of seeing great businesses struggle with paper notebooks, Excel sheets, and manual processes.
Started from a Real Problem
In 2021, our founders were helping a family-run restaurant in Thamel with their accounts. The owner kept three separate notebooks — one for orders, one for daily totals, one for staff hours. Every evening, reconciling them took two hours.
They looked for software that would work in Nepal — with eSewa and Khalti integration, Nepali language support, and pricing that made sense for a small business. They found nothing that fit.
So they built it. Nepal Automate started with a simple restaurant POS and grew into a full business automation platform used by hundreds of businesses across Nepal.
Today, Nepal Automate Technology Pvt. Ltd. is headquartered in Kathmandu, with a team of 20+ people dedicated to one mission: making every Nepali business more efficient, profitable, and future-ready.
